30-Day Return And Exchange Window

We offer unconditional returns within 30 days of delivery. Exchange requests can also be made within this period.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

Return Shipping

For standard returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are exempt: customers do not bear any costs associated with resolving these issues. Contact us with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a suitable solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

After approval, refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
