We want every Eastern Story piece to feel meaningful, carefully chosen, and right for the person who receives it. If your order is not suitable, you may request a return or exchange according to the policy below.

30-Day Return And Exchange Window

We accept return or exchange requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item should be:

  • unused
  • unworn
  • in its original condition
  • returned with its original packaging where possible

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • special custom products
  • personalized products
  • made-to-order items created specifically for you

Because these pieces are prepared according to individual requests, they cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with:

  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and help arrange a suitable solution.

Return Shipping

For standard returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will review the case and provide the appropriate next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

After approval, refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within the 30-day return window.

Exchanges depend on product availability. If the item you want is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable option.
