Where do you ship from?

Eastern Story orders currently ship from China. We mainly serve customers in the United States and Europe.

Most orders are prepared within 3-4 business days before shipment. Some Eastern-inspired pieces involve hand preparation, cord work, or careful finishing, so this preparation time helps us check the piece before it leaves.

How long does shipping usually take?

After shipment, estimated delivery usually takes 7-15 days. Actual timing may vary depending on destination, customs processing, local delivery conditions, holidays, and weather.

Do you offer free shipping?

What is your return and exchange window?

Eligible return and exchange requests can be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Original packaging should be included where possible.

Are custom pieces returnable?

Special custom products, personalized products, and made-to-order pieces created specifically for you are not eligible for return for a change of mind.

Who pays return shipping?

For standard returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

How long does a refund take?

No. Eastern Story does not promise guaranteed luck, protection, healing, wealth, or destiny changes. We present symbolic jewelry and meaningful objects as reminders, companions, and expressions of personal intention.

A symbolic object is something chosen for meaning rather than appearance alone. It may remind you of balance, strength, love, clarity, protection, or a new beginning. The meaning is personal and should never feel forced.

Is Eastern Story a religious store?
